Event Details

Join us for an exclusive WUDI tour of BCIT's Tall Timber Student Housing project, a 12-storey facility built using mass timber & structural steel hybrid construction led by representatives from Ledcor Construction, BCIT, Perkins & Will, and Fast + Epp.

This project highlights BCIT's efforts to reduce its carbon footprint and meets BC Energy Step Code 4 standards. It also showcases prefabricated structural and faรงade components, blending traditional materials with timber for sustainability, reduced install timelines, and increased off-site quality control.

Meet experts from the project team and learn about this innovative project.

All attendees must arrive on time for the Mandatory Visitors Orientation and need to provide their own PPE (Steel Toe Boots, Hard Hats, Safety Vest, Protective Eyewear).
