Event Details

Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking evening as we challenge perspectives on one of the most pressing issues in real estateโ€”residential affordability.

Inspired by the Pecha Kucha format, this event will feature multiple speakers, each delivering a rapid-fire, 5-minute presentation exploring how their sector contributes toโ€”or can help solveโ€”the affordability challenge. Expect bold insights, differing viewpoints, and lively discussions as professionals from development, appraisal, brokerage, First Nations, architecture, municipal planning, construction, and sales share their take.

๏ปฟKey Questions to be Addressed:

๐Ÿ”น Is your sector part of the problem?

๐Ÿ”น How can your sector become part of the solution?

Each speaker will support their argument, sparking debates and fresh ideas among attendees. This is more than just a presentationโ€”it's an interactive experience designed to challenge conventional thinking, inspire action, and foster meaningful conversations within U40's dynamic network.
