Steven is the Senior Director of Valuations and Advisory Services at Avison Young and has extensive valuation experience across a wide range of property types, including but not limited to: shopping centres, development land, office, retail, industrial, and multi-residential properties, as well as Single Room Occupancy (SRO) hotels. Steven is an accepted expert at the Supreme Court of Canada and is routinely engaged in complex arbitration and litigation assignments.

Ariana Devery is an architectural intern with a background in interior design, environmental psychology, and sustainability. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a Bachelor of Design (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia.
With over eight years of experience both locally and abroad, Ariana has worked on a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use residential, large-scale neighborhood centers, industrial, and single-family homes.

Now at Nch’ḵay̓, Lauren most recently led the Squamish Nation’s Land Development Strategies, the planning of four Nation sites totalling 150-acres.
