UDI Capital Region is excited to welcome back our annual Local Development Tour.

Join us this summer as we tour a selection of newly emerging projects in the Capital Region's Westshore. Our chartered bus will tour us through Sooke, Langford, and Colwood, showcasing 800+ rental units, as well as townhomes, single-family homes, rowhouses, shopping plazas, and more! This is an all-day event not to be missed!

Registration includes lunch and our closing reception.

Closed-toe shoes and a hard hat* are required for some locations.
