Introduction to Pro Formas is one of nine courses within the RaD Management Program offered by UDI Capital Region. This course is designed to help participants understand and develop their pro forma writing skills by working through various project scenarios.
Throughout the course, participants will be introduced to the vocabulary, definitions, and key concepts, gaining a solid understanding of the fundamentals of pro formas, including their inputs and functions in real estate development.
This course begins with a general overview and walk-through of a typical pro forma, before delving deeper into the complexity of pro forma writing.
By completing this course, participants will gain a good understanding of pro forma writing and develop a better understanding of its links to the financial structure of real estate developments. Whether beginners or more advanced learners, participants will enhance their pro forma skills and improve their ability to analyze and evaluate the financial aspects of development projects. Three 2-hour modules, held once a week online for three weeks
6 hours in-course time, 2 hours at-home project
