Law and Development is one of nine courses within the RED Management Certificate Program offered by UDI Capital Region. This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the key legal contracts and issues associated with real estate development. Led by industry professionals from BC, this course covers a range of essential topics related to real estate law.
Throughout the course, participants will delve into the intricacies of various legal contracts relevant to real estate development. They will gain insights into consulting contracts, agreements with municipalities, and other crucial legal agreements that form the foundation of successful development projects. Participants will learn how to effectively negotiate and draft these contracts, ensuring their projects are legally sound and well-protected.
