Event Details

Housing affordability has never been so challenging and in response, the provincial government has set aggressive targets that will require a significant increase in new home construction over the next decade. Can the development industry drive a dramatic shift in supply to impact future affordability? Is it possible to build our way to affordable housing?

In this presentation, Brendon will discuss one of today's most pressing issues: how much new home construction can realistically increase and what impact a dramatic shift in supply could have on future housing affordability.
