With a strong background in real estate lending and a CPA qualification, Claire brings a unique blend of financial acumen and industry experience to her role. Claire is also working on her Diploma in Urban Land Economics with a specialization in development through UBC Sauder School of Business.

Neil is a Director at BTY providing Project Monitoring and Lender Services for a wide range of construction projects across British Columbia. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, working on projects in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Neil’s primary focus is providing project due diligence to Lenders and helping them monitor their investments through a wide range of value-added services. He accomplishes this through expertise in budget reviews, schedule evaluation, payment certification, project progress monitoring, value of works completed assessments, and project reporting.

Ryan is a Director at BTY providing Project Monitoring and Lender Services for a wide range of construction projects across British Columbia and the US. He brings more than 20 years of experience working on a wide variety of residential, industrial, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Ryan focuses on providing clients with Project Monitoring services where he independently assesses project risks, budgets, costs, and construction schedules. Ryan engages and coordinates various stakeholders to work towards a variety of business objectives, from the planning to the successful delivery of the project.

Anthony Quin (MRICS) is Director of Development at Chard Development and professionally qualified in Development and Project Management, with over 2 decades of experience working predominantly within the Residential Real Estate Industry in both the UK and Canada. He has experience across all phases of development, a multitude of asset classes, and both new builds and extensive renovations. He has a clear understanding of development, both from a technical and a financial standpoint which allows him to find creative ways to solve problems and create value. Anthony sits on the UDI & City of Victoria Liaison Committee and from 2020 – to 2023 was Chair of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in BC. Since 2006, Chard have delivered close to 1,400 homes to the people of BC with a focus on delivering homes across the housing continuum and have more than 2,500 in the development and/or planning phase.
