Nic is the Executive Vice President at Marcon, leading development focused on innovative urban design and thoughtful integration with communities. As part of the second generation of his family’s real estate and construction business, Nic is helping build on the successes of the company over the past four decades.

Henry is the Vice President of Development at Qualex-Landmark, bringing both public and private sector experience to his practice, having previously worked with Concert Properties and the City of Toronto. Henry has managed over 4 million square feet of mixed-use development across Canada to-date, ranging in scale from high density master planned communities to single-building mid-rise. In his role as Vice President of Development, Henry is responsible for overseeing the development project pipeline at Qualex-Landmark, assessing project feasibility, developing the strategic vision for each project, and advancing design and approvals through to construction.

Henry is a Registered Professional Planner, and also serves as the Chair of the UDI's Coquitlam Liaison Committee. As a former varsity athlete passionate about community sport, Henry also serves on UBC's Thunderbird Advisory Council and volunteers with the Meraloma Athletic Club.

Bringing over 30 years of experience to his role as Project Director at ETRO, Stewart currently oversees some of ETRO’s larger residential and commercial builds. Throughout his career, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge working on a variety of projects spanning commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. With a proven track record of managing complex projects valued at up to $300 million, including Design-Build and Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects, Stewart excels in pre-construction and project set-up. Widely recognized for his highly skilled and collaborative approach, he effectively drives cooperation throughout the entirety of a project.

As the Construction Manager of ETRO’s Interiors Division, Jenna brings over 10 years of experience and has effectively managed projects ranging from $2 million to $102 million. With previous experience working for another General Contractor as a Project Manager, Jenna joined ETRO in 2019 and quickly illustrated her ability to easily manage complex projects. From international airports to specialty office interiors, Jenna has played an integral part in growing the ETRO team and our Interiors division.

As the Senior Director of Construction, Jessica currently overseas the construction projects for Hudson Pacific Properties. In this capacity, she continues to leverage her wealth of experience to drive strategic initiatives, optimize construction processes, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Prior to joining Hudson Pacific Properties, Jessica has been a dedicated professional with a commitment to real estate development, overseeing all aspects of the development cycle with projects ranging from retail centres to office, residential, and industrial sites.

Michael is in the business of planning, designing, and building great communities that inspire and add value in every dimension of community life. He brings over 35 years of experience from across North America and around the World in areas of public and private sector design, development and finance. He is President of MVH Urban Planning & Design Inc. and Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University and Vancouver Island University. MVH continues to win numerous provincial and national awards for innovative cutting-edge development planning and design. Michael was made a fellow of the Canadian Institute of Planners in 2016 for his distinguished career and contributions to the professional.
