Event Details

Marketing, Sales, and Leasing is one of nine courses within the RaD Management Program offered by UDI Capital Region. This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage the marketing, sales, and leasing process for real estate development projects. Led by industry leaders, this course covers a comprehensive range of topics to guide participants toward successful project conclusions.


Participants will learn strategies for hiring and working with marketing consultants to develop effective marketing campaigns that showcase the unique features and value proposition of their projects. They will gain insights into targeting the right audience, implementing marketing strategies, and maximizing exposure through various channels.


The course also focuses on the sales and leasing aspect of real estate development. Participants will learn techniques for working with realtors and leasing brokers to attract potential buyers and tenants. They will explore effective sales and negotiation strategies, understanding the art of closing deals successfully.


Throughout the course, participants will gain a good understanding of the marketing, sales, and leasing process, and the critical role it plays in achieving successful outcomes. By completing this course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of marketing, sales, and leasing in the real estate industry. With guidance from industry leaders, learners will be prepared to effectively manage these processes and drive successful project conclusions.


Two 2-hour modules, held once a week online for two weeks

A family man, father to Xavier and Catalina, a skilled gardener, and owner of a mango farm in the Philippines, Tony's life is rich and diverse.
