Ramlo 2024!

So, what's changed since we last welcomed Andrew to the stage?

Well, over the last year, Canada recorded its fastest population growth in the past 75 years; we've moved through the most significant period of inflation since the early 80's; we're still living with interest rates not experienced in generations; and Provincially we have also come through a period of unprecedented shifts in housing policy.

So perhaps a better question is: what hasn't changed?

Join us for Andrew's 7th annual talk, where he will cover what these things mean for the region, how some may shift in the coming years, and posit some solutions to address them.
