    Lilian Kan brings over a decade of expertise in land acquisition, development, government relations, project financing, and construction. Her experience spans residential, commercial, light industrial, transit-oriented developments, and master-planned communities. As a leader at Colliers, she manages feasibility studies, approvals, and construction for various projects, including high-density TOD development near various existing and future SkyTrain stations in Metro Vancouver. In addition to that Lilian is working with one of the largest hospitality groups on hotel developments in City of Richmond.

    She also serves as a Board Director for the Burnaby Housing Authority and as the Board Chair of Entre Nous Femmes (ENF) Housing Society, which provides affordable homes for women and single-parent families. Lilian proudly serves as the lead of the Education and Networking Committee for the Women of UDI.

In 2011, he relocated to Calgary, where he and his team acquired new clients and managed the completion of several significant projects.

    To date, Champston has managed over 4 million square feet of residential construction, amounting to over $2 billion in contract value.

    As Vice President of Construction, back in Vancouver, Champston oversees some of Axiom Builders’ largest projects under construction. The next chapter of his career will be dedicated to the successful completion of these projects, but more importantly, the successful growth of his team. Champston leads a team of +40 individuals. With a contagious passion for construction, Champston is a dedicated mentor, focused on training the next generation of industry leaders.
