Byron Chard is President & Chief Executive Officer of Chard Development Ltd, an urban real estate development firm established in 1994. As President & Chief Executive Officer, Byron has continued to extend the company’s focus beyond market condominium development to also include purpose-built rental, affordable home ownership, strata commercial and hotel development in Victoria, Vancouver and North Vancouver. To date, Chard has delivered over 1,800 homes with over 3000 more homes, of which over 2,500 are rental, and multiple hotels in the development and/or planning phase. Chard continues to expand its vertical integration and strategic partnerships to deliver a diversity of homes and community spaces.

Cynthia Jagger has become one of Vancouver’s most sought-after commercial real estate brokers. Working on some of the city’s most complex and high-profile transactions, she’s completed over $2 billion in sales volume since 2016.

As a former commercial appraiser, an emphasis on analytics has earned her a seat at the most influential tables in Vancouver real estate, such as the Urban Development Institute. As a member of UDI’s Board’s and Executive Committee, Cynthia liaises with industry stakeholders and policymakers to assist with the understanding of land development economics and market conditions. Additionally, as Vice-Chair of the Rental Housing Issues Committee, she is at the forefront of the rental housing discussion in Canada.

Building on the family legacy, Navi has immersed himself in construction and land development since the 1990s. He spent much of his childhood evenings and weekends helping and working with his father in all facets of design and construction. He continued his passion for his industry by completing his Bachelor's in Construction Management in the evenings and weekends while working days. He formalized his training with an emphasis on design and development by earning a Master of Architecture and a Master of Urban Planning. Navi's creativity and knowledge of all things real estate-related, make him one of the most innovative and accomplished experts in the industry.
