Discover Southlands Tsawwassen​: A Masterplanned Beach Community Rooted in Farming & Food


Join us for this exclusive tour of Southlands Tsawwassen, the first project of its kind in North America โ€” a masterplanned beach community rooted in farming and food. Based on the principles of 'agricultural urbanism', Southlands establishes a true expression of farm-to-table living through a carefully-crafted, culturally-rich urban-agrarian experience. Southlands features a range of character housing from townhomes to quaint cottage courtyards, single-family homes, and apartments, blending contemporary simplicity with traditional farmstead design, complete with a collection of agrarian outbuildings, natural open space, and a network of trails that connect people to the beach at Boundary Bay Park. The heart of Southlands is its vibrant Market District โ€” with craft-style businesses, including the newly opened Four Winds Beach House & Brewery, artisan shops, a Market Square for fresh produce, open-air performance space, and allotment gardens.

Fine Print

General Registration Information: 

  • Limited to 2 registrations per UDI Member  Company
  • Registration includes tour and light aprรจs drinks and food at Four Winds, provided by Century Group.


Cancellation & Substitution

  • 7 days written notice to cancel with no penalties for individual registrations.
  • 14 days written notice to cancel corporate tables with no penalties.
  • Substitutions allowed. 

Ticket Transfer

  • You can now transfer registrations under your name to someone else. Simply click the three dots in the registration confirmation or ticket and select "Transfer Ticket."
  • The recipient must accept the transfer to complete the process.
