Join our U40 Committee for an insightful project tour at Bernard Block or Ledge on Lakeshore followed by a networking social at 604 Cawston Ave. 2 drinks and snacks are included.
Bernard Block Tour 1499 St. Paul St, Kelowna - Hosted by Mission Group:
- 2 groups, 10 individuals total per group
- 1 group will start with The Block office tower and 1 group will start with the Bertram condo tower and will rotate once completed
- Luke Turri (President of Mission Group) will lead one of the groups and Sarang Gokhale (VP of Development, Mission Group) will lead the other
- Bernard Tower is under construction so PPE will be required for that building. This will be provided by Mission Group
Ledge on Lakeshore Tour 3795 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna - Hosted by Westcorp:
- Receive an overview of the entire ultimate development: total number of eventual units, design features, unique aspects and highlights of the project
- Gain insight into some of the hurdles that have made the project interesting and challenging.
- We will tour the site as a group of 20 and then split into 2 groups of 10 to view show suites.
- Note: To access the parking lot: come over the Bird Place Bridge, off Cook road
