Alison is the Senior Sales Manager with Concert Realty Services in Victoria. Since 2006, she has led her team through the sales and leasing of over 850 condominium and rental apartments in Victoria, and has assisted Concert’s Vancouver sales and leasing teams in the launch of several of Concert’s signature Vancouver developments. Alison joined Concert after over a decade in the luxury hotel industry and brings a strong understanding of the importance of brand in every aspect of the sales process.
Alison holds a BA in Geography from UBC and a Real Estate Trading Services License from UBC’s Sauder School of Business.
Grace Sartori-Austin is the Director, Project Marketing with Concert Properties in Vancouver. Grace started her career in real estate as a Sales Coordinator in 1993, around the time the presale sales model was first introduced in Vancouver. Since then, Grace has been involved in the marketing and sales of homes across Canada, and prior to joining Concert Properties in 2021, created marketing and sales strategies for over 20 other developers on countless communities that represent billions of real estate property. By creatively partnering with designers and storytellers who clearly communicate a vision and a brand, Grace brings a deep understanding of successfully marketing real estate though all market conditions. A Vancouver native, Grace earned a BBA with BCIT in Real Estate Marketing and has personal interest in sustainable design.
Rory has been working the construction scene throughout Canada for the last 25 years but primarily in the West as a general contractor and owner for both public and private sectors. In addition to his experience, he has accreditation as an Applied Science Technologist and a PMP, including an MBA.
Mark Holland RPP FCIP (he/him) is a Principal at Westplan Consulting Group with over thirty years of experience in urban planning and landscape architecture. Mark offers a unique and effective combination of private and public sector skill sets to lead projects from early visioning to policy development, to design and approvals and from financing to construction. A commitment to relentless innovation has driven Mark to challenge and push past the norms in all aspects of his work. He has won numerous awards and is credited with many innovations in Canadian Planning including sustainable communities, Agricultural Urbanism, creating urban vitality through Urban Magnets and many other progressive concepts.
Mark has also made significant contributions as a planning educator. He began as an instructor in the University of British Columbia’s School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture in the early 2000s. Since then, Mark has been a frequent speaker on topics related to planning and sustainability at the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University. Perhaps his greatest influence on planning education is the role he played in launching the Master of Community Planning degree at Vancouver Island University (VIU) in 2014. Ever since, he has played an instrumental role in the school, driven by a commitment to ensure that the next generation of planners is prepared to help communities create their future.
Mark is a Registered Professional Planner with the Canadian Institute of Planners and was inducted into the College of Fellows in 2022.
